How to Korean BBQ Like a Pro
It begins with a hot grill at your table and trays of fresh, marinated meat, fish or vegetable. Lay the slices on the grill, listen to the sizzle, and let the magic happen. While it cook, sample the colorful banchan like kimchi, pickled radish, and spicy cucumbers. Once golden, wrap the meat in lettuce with rice, garlic, and sauce for a fresh, spicy and savoury bite.
